Baked Brie with Apricot and Almonds (Back to Recipes)

Ingredients
30 Regular snack crackers
8 oz. Brie cheese, rind removed
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
1. Spread approximately 1 T. of brie cheese onto each cracker. Place 1/2 t. apricot preserve in center of cheese and top with a few almond slices. Place crackers onto a baking sheet.
2. Place baking sheet in oven 8” away from element. Broil until almonds are toasted and cheese is starting to bubble. Serve warm or at room temperature.
